How I can Help

Individual Therapy

Oftentimes, people find themselves reaching out when their life or relationships feel untenable, and it no longer feels possible to hold it all by themselves.

Perhaps anxiety has become ever-present, feelings of depression have become an unwelcome guest, unwanted relational patterns have become repetitive, or you have endured unbearable experiences that have left you feeling alone and afraid - whatever the reason, this is a place for us to explore the totality of who you are and your experiences.

Here, we will work together to build a home inside yourself that feels safe, loved, and vibrant.

While individuals find their way to my office for all sorts of reasons, here are a few of the experiences/demographics that call people to work with me:

  • Relationship Issues

  • Life Transitions

  • Women's Health (fertility, infertility, prenatal, postpartum)

  • Anxiety

  • Codependency

  • Depression

  • Divorce

  • Family Conflict

  • Grief

  • High-achieving

  • Infidelity

  • LGBTQIA+

  • Peer Relationships

  • Self Esteem

  • Stress

  • Trauma, Complex Trauma, and PTSD

  • Recovery from Narcissistic Abuse

Couples Therapy

I love working with couples. It reminds me of jazz; at times loud, seemingly chaotic, fast-paced, other times soft, quiet, in sync. Yet no matter the pacing, no matter the volume, it is in the intricate listening and harmony that the most beautiful scores are co-created. In our couples' work together, that is what we will do: create a brilliant, intimate score reflective of your unique music together.

My allegiance in this work is to your relationship. At the same time, together, we will also explore the different internal parts of each individual—the protective responses and the more vulnerable aspects—that influence how each partner shows up in the relationship. Through this approach, we strengthen empathy, communication, and emotional safety between you. Trust will be rebuilt, reconnection found, and safety grown to create a more fulfilling bond.

I have often heard from couples that it can feel intimidating to begin, or that they feel afraid it means that there is "something wrong" with their relationship. While there is truth that in this work we cannot promise where we will end up, what is guaranteed is that I will hold your relationship with safety, compassion, honesty, joy, healthy challenge, and hope as we find our way through.

While couples find their way to my office for all sorts of reasons, here are a few of the experiences/demographics that call couples to work with me:

  • Attachment Styles

  • Communication Enhancement

  • Conflict Resolution Skills

  • Co-parenting

  • Emotional Regulation

  • General Strengthening of Relational Bond

  • Grief & Loss

  • Infidelity

  • Infertility & Pregnancy Loss

  • Intimacy & Sexuality

  • LGBTQIA+

  • Parenting

  • Prenatal, Pregnancy, and Postpartum

  • Transition to parenting

  • Trauma & Complex Trauma
